All items painted in our studio are custom-made and personalized for each customer. Due to the unique nature of these items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the painting process has begun.

While we make every effort to meet promised deadlines, unforeseen issues with our kiln or other production-related delays may occur. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by these issues, and refunds will not be provided for items delayed due to kiln or production problems.

We take great care in the production of your custom-painted ceramics. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or repair.
